Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage daily routines, and ensure a clean, protected setting.
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product questions, and resolve complaints professionally.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and prevent stock shortages or theft.
Sales Targets: Drive revenue, process payments at the POS counter, and track performance KPIs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail or customer service experience.
Communication: Robust verbal skills to talk with customers and team members.
Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and basic computer or POS software. [1]
Pay: ₹12,698.15 - ₹40,962.16 per month
