We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students through their study-abroad journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert study-abroad leads into admissions.
Counsel students and parents on suitable countries, courses, and study options.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course and university guidance.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records.
Handle student queries and ensure a smooth admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student processing.
Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counselling, inside sales, or study-abroad counselling.
Prior Study Abroad / Overseas Education / EdTech experience is highly preferred.
Solid communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
Excellent follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Robust sales and target-oriented mindset.
Good knowledge of study-abroad programs and destinations.
Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume lead pipeline.
Immediate joiners preferred.
