Job Description – Project Executive (Interior Sites)

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor residential interior projects from execution to completion.
Visit project sites regularly and ensure work progresses as per the planned schedule.
Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, Site Engineers, carpenters, installers, and vendors.
Understand and follow approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Coordinate material requirements, dispatch, delivery, and site availability.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper coordination between different teams.
Check the quality of workmanship and ensure work is completed as per D’LIFE standards.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Maintain regular updates on project progress, site status, and pending activities.
Coordinate snag rectification and ensure timely project handover.
Support client communication and handle site-related queries professionally.
Ensure proper documentation and completion of project-related reports.




Follow up with internal teams and vendors to avoid delays in project execution.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior site execution/project coordination.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
Positive knowledge of residential interior works and site execution.
Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.
Positive communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
