Site Engineer – Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, architects, and project managers.
Check the quality of construction work and ensure proper execution.
Monitor materials, manpower, tools, and equipment at the site.
Take measurements and prepare quantity estimates and work reports.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and records.
Coordinate with the office team regarding project progress, requirements, and delays.




Ensure projects are completed within the planned time and quality standards.

Qualification & Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
1–5 years of experience in construction, building, or interior projects preferred.
Experience in site supervision and project coordination is an advantage.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, drawings, measurements, and construction methods.
Basic knowledge of estimation, quantity calculation, and material requirements.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site workers and subcontractors.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple site activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
