Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and agile HR Recruiter to join The Organic World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for retail and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Handle offer rollout and joining formalities.
Support bulk hiring for retail store positions.




Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field.
1+ year of recruitment experience.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
