Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and motivated candidates to join our team as Aging Associates. In this role, you will communicate with dental insurance providers to follow up on outstanding claims, obtain claim and payment information, and ensure accurate updates in the system. Your work will help maintain an efficient revenue cycle while supporting quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with dental insurance providers regarding outstanding claims.
Follow up on unpaid, pending, or denied insurance claims.
Obtain claim status, payment details, and policy benefit information.
Record and update claim information accurately in the required system.
Maintain accurate follow-up notes and ensure timely claim resolution.
Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.




Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior knowledge of healthcare or dental insurance is an advantage. (Training will be provided for freshers.)

Job Type: Part-time (Night Shift)
Office timings: 6:00 PM onwards, with flexible end time between 11:00 PM and 1:30 AM based on candidate comfort/preference.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
