Job Description – MEP Team Lead

Position: MEP Team Lead
Department: Operations
Location: Delhi/NCR
Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Head

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading and supervising MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities at the project/site, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety and effective coordination with other project teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise day-to-day MEP activities at the project/site.

· Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works, installation, testing and maintenance.

· Manage MEP technicians, engineers, vendors and subcontractors.

· Monitor work progress, quality standards and project timelines.

· Coordinate with Civil, IT, Operations and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.

· Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, project specifications and quality standards.

· Maintain site records, reports,



checklists and documentation related to MEP activities.

· Coordinate with the Project Manager and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications

· Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.

· Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

· 5–8 years of relevant experience in MEP operations, installation, maintenance or project execution.

· Prior experience in team handling and site/project coordination is preferred.

· Experience in infrastructure, building services, commercial projects or similar settings will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
