Manager Sales and Marketingshould focus on driving user growth, agent acquisitions, onboarding builders and bring in subscription or advertising revenue for our PropTech platform.

Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition: Drive campaigns to onboard real estate agents, brokerages, and property managers while simultaneously attracting home buyers, sellers, and renters to the platform.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch current app features, subscription tiers, or advertising tools for agents.
Lead Generation Monetization: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline for lead-generation products, premium listings, and featured agent ad placements.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze platform metrics, user engagement, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition costs (CAC) to refine marketing spend.
Strategic Partnerships: Form alliances with local Realtor groups, multi-state brokerages,



and mortgage lenders to increase platform adoption.
Build sales team: Should be able to build a highly qualified sales team.

Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in SaaS, PropTech, or marketplace platform marketing and sales. Physical real estate sales experience is a plus, but tech-sector growth experience is critical.
Skills: High proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, performance marketing, app store optimization), CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹11,461.94 - ₹53,350.19 per month
