Experience Required:
3 to 4+ years of relevant HR experience (mandatory).
Candidates with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle HR operations efficiently.
Manage site onboarding and offboarding processes.
Draft and issue HR letters and official documents.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
