Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily operations and coordination activities.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer data, order details, and follow-ups in CRM or records.
Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, requirements, and basic queries.
Support the sales team in lead management and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.




Track order status and ensure proper communication between internal departments and customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions or escalate when required.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, order status, and pending follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
