Position: Site Supervisor

Department: Solar Civil

Location: In office / Project Site

Experience: 1–2 Years in Utility-Scale Solar Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Solar Civil to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at utility-scale solar project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site work is executed safely, as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the solar project site.
Monitor installation and construction activities such as foundations, piling, roads, drainage, fencing, structures, and other civil works.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and project management teams.
Monitor manpower, material availability, equipment, and daily work progress.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or deviations.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and work updates.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and HSE procedures.




Coordinate with the engineering/quality team for inspections and approvals.
Support measurement, quantity verification, and contractor billing-related activities.
Report site issues, delays, material shortages, and quality concerns to the Site/Project Engineer.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions at the project site.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in utility-scale solar projects, preferably in solar civil construction.
Valuable understanding of civil construction activities and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and basic technical documents.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work at remote project locations and in site conditions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and daily progress reporting will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects, particularly in piling, MMS/structure foundations, roads, drainage, fencing, and other solar plant civil works, will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
