Position: Field Recruiter – (MEP Hiring)

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for MEP and technical positions in residential apartment communities.
Source candidates for Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, Fire & Safety, and other MEP-related positions.
Visit residential project sites and nearby locations to support field-level recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, and direct sourcing.
Screen candidates based on qualification, technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and location preference.
Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face screening of candidates.
Coordinate candidate interviews with Facility Managers, Operations Managers, and site management teams.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidates attend the interview on time.
Explain the job role, responsibilities, work location, salary, shift timings, and other employment details to candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the selection, offer, and joining process.
Coordinate with the HR/TA team for offer approval, offer release, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate trackers and daily recruitment reports.




Build and maintain a database of MEP and technical candidates for current and future requirements.
Support urgent manpower requirements by conducting walk-in drives, site visits, and local sourcing activities.
Coordinate with site teams to understand manpower requirements and technical skill requirements.
Ensure candidates have relevant experience in residential apartments, gated communities, or facility management environments.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining and support joining formalities.
Maintain positive relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and close positions within the required timelines.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Facility Management recruitment.
Solid experience in MEP manpower sourcing and recruitment for residential apartments/gated communities.
Good knowledge of sourcing candidates for Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, Fire & Safety, and other technical roles.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
