Operation Manager – Courier & Cargo Company

Job Title: Operations Manager

Experience: 2–5 years in Courier / Logistics / Cargo
Location: Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily courier pickup, dispatch, delivery and hub operations.
Coordinate with delivery staff, pickup teams, hubs and transport partners.
Monitor shipment movement, delays, RTO and pending deliveries.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery as per company SLA.
Maintain daily MIS, shipment records and operational reports.
Handle customer/service issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
Monitor manpower, attendance, productivity and route allocation.
Control operational expenses and reduce shipment handling errors.




Coordinate with franchise/booking points and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper scanning, packaging, loading/unloading and shipment documentation.
Track daily KPIs and report performance to management.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of courier/logistics operations.
Team handling and problem-solving skills.
Positive Excel/MIS knowledge.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Reporting To: Director / Operations Head

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
