Position: Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

Hemsons Jewellers is looking for an experienced Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day showroom operations, team coordination, customer service and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily showroom operations
Supervise and coordinate showroom staff
Monitor sales and operational activities
Ensure excellent customer service
Handle customer concerns and support resolution
Coordinate with sales, billing and support staff
Monitor showroom discipline and daily work processes
Maintain proper product and showroom standards
Prepare and review daily sales and operational reports
Coordinate with management regarding business requirements




Support achievement of sales and operational targets
Ensure proper compliance with showroom policies and procedures

Requirements

Relevant experience in jewellery retail or showroom operations will be preferred
Solid team management and coordination skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage day-to-day showroom operations independently
Positive knowledge of basic computer applications and reporting

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
