We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecalling Executive with excellent English communication skills to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be qualified, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain regular communication with customers and address their queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare regular reports on calling activities and lead status.





Requirements

2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.

Excellent English speaking and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
