About the Role

NB Entrepreneurs is looking for a responsible and hardworking Operator to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, productive, and protected functioning of assigned equipment, processes, and work areas.

The ideal candidate should be attentive, disciplined, willing to learn, and capable of following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines, equipment, or operational processes as per company guidelines.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Monitor equipment/process performance and identify abnormalities.
Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting.
Report equipment faults, operational issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
Maintain accurate operational records, checklists, and reports.




Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete daily targets.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment responsibly.
Support maintenance, inventory, production, or other operational activities when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th/ ITI/Diploma pass; relevant technical qualification preferred.
Previous experience as an operator, machine operator, production operator, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of machines/equipment and workplace safety.
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs accurately.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working in an operational workplace.
Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
