Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to lead the complete procurement function for a growing organization in the Cosmetics, Personal Care and Perfume/Fragrance industry.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) procurement, vendor development, commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Purchase & Procurement operations.
Manage procurement of cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials.
Identify, develop and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time and commercial terms.
Drive cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
Develop alternate vendors and maintain a strong supplier base.
Monitor vendor quality, delivery and performance.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Plan purchases based on production requirements,



forecasts and inventory levels.
Prepare purchase MIS, reports and procurement documentation.
Lead and manage the purchase/procurement team.

Cosmetics / Cosmetic Manufacturing
Personal Care
Skincare / Haircare
Perfume / Fragrance / Perfumery
Third-Party / Contract Cosmetic Manufacturing
Established mid-size or large-scale cosmetic organizations

Candidate Requirements
10–15 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
Mandatory: Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Perfume or Fragrance industry.
Strong experience in RM & PM procurement.
Robust vendor development and supplier management skills.
Excellent negotiation and commercial management capabilities.
Good knowledge of cosmetic/fragrance raw materials and packaging.
Experience managing a procurement team will be preferred.
Solid analytical, communication and leadership skills.
Candidates from Noida / Delhi NCR will be preferred.
