Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Arabic CDP with solid experience in Continental cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in shawarma preparation along with the ability to manage a section efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Arabic and Continental dishes
Expertly handle shawarma preparation and station
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Manage mise en place and kitchen section independently
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Support kitchen team during busy hours

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience as CDP or similar role
Solid knowledge of Arabic cuisine and Continental dishes
Hands-on experience in shawarma preparation (mandatory)
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification (preferred)
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen
Good teamwork and communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
