Job Description

Model Moulderz is looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and business activities of our architecture, interior design and project execution firm.

The General Manager will work closely with the Founder/Principal Architect and coordinate across Design, Projects, Client Relations, Marketing, Accounts and Administration to ensure smooth operations and consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily operations across the organisation.
Coordinate between design teams, site teams, clients, vendors and management.
Monitor ongoing projects for quality, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction.
Track enquiries, proposals, conversions, billing and collections.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospective customers.
Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance.




Coordinate procurement and control operational expenses.
Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Conduct regular team meetings and review project progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, projects, collections, expenses and staff performance.
Establish and implement systems and SOPs to improve efficiency.
Identify operational problems and take corrective action.
Support the Founder in business development, expansion and strategic planning.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:
Strong in leadership, communication and team management
Experienced in architecture, interiors, construction, project management or a related industry
Capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Highly organised with robust follow-up skills
Positive at problem-solving and decision-making
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic business reporting
Willing to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
