Roles and responsibilities

A Quality Line Inspector monitors production processes on the shop floor to ensure products meet quality standards. They inspect materials, check finished goods, and identify defects during manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect products during different stages of production

Check raw materials and finished goods for quality standards

Identify defects, damages, or deviations from specifications

Record inspection results and maintain quality reports

Stop or report production if major quality issues are found

Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues

Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety standards

Perform random sampling and testing as required

Required Skills

Solid attention to detail

Basic knowledge of quality control (QA/QC)

Ability to use measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)

Valuable observation and reporting skills

Basic computer knowledge for data entry

Problem-solving ability

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
