Key Responsibilities:
UI Design:
Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Develop design systems and maintain consistency across multiple products and platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation is aligned with user needs and expectations.
UX Design:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define and improve user experiences.
Work with product managers to define user flows, feature requirements, and overall user experience goals.
Prototyping & Testing:
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and flows.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
Analyze user behavior to make data-driven design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers,



and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.
Present design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, or Proto.io).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team workplace.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
