Maintain daily expense tracking and basic accounting entries; support burn rate tracking (rent, salaries, EMIs, utilities, office expenses).
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment tracking per client/project; follow up on receivables.
Support payroll — basic, attendance-linked calculations and payout coordination.
Maintain vendor payment records.
Coordinate with the CA/external accountant on GST, TDS, filings, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly basic MIS reports — expense and revenue summaries — for the Founder’s review.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping across all of the above.
