GST – Litigation

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Assist in GST / Indirect Tax litigation matters including SCN replies, adjudication, and appeals
Draft and review submissions, replies, and legal documents related to GST
Support seniors in handling litigation cases before tax authorities
Assist in GST compliance, advisory, and audit-related matters
Conduct legal research on GST laws, notifications, and judicial precedents
Coordinate with clients, counsels, and internal teams for case follow-ups

Key Requirements:
Basic to positive understanding of GST laws and litigation processes
Knowledge of SCN, adjudication, and appellate procedures
Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a consulting workplace

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
