Responsibilities:
Resolve compliance and regulatory discrepancies;
Weekly and monthly compliance audits for DEA, State Board of Pharmacy;
KP Pharmacy Policy adherence;
Work with Regulatory agencies to include but not limited to, DEA, SBOP, CMS, FDA and Compliance audits and remediation;
Drive quality efforts throughout the facility and manage all Quality Assurance Meetings;
Serve as a liaison between PillPack and the Board of Pharmacy and attend the Pharmacy Board Meetings;
Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with clients and team members as needed to resolve;
Partner with operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency and embrace continuous quality improvement;
Maintain and report all records for the dispensing of controlled substances to each state when required;




Align policies and initiatives with requirements and demands of accrediting/licensing bodies (BOP, VIPPS, URAC).

Requirements:
Willingness to relocate;
Three or more years Pharmacist in Charge experience managing multiple locations / regions;
Active/Positive Standing Pharmacist License in Domicile State (Additional license in other states strongly preferred);
Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations surrounding pharmacy practices and patient safety;
Willingness to working varying schedules.

Pay: ₹8,219.16 - ₹45,000.00 per month
