Job Description – HR Assistant

Experience: 1–3 Years | Qualification: Graduate
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, screening and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
Support joining, onboarding and exit formalities.
Prepare HR letters, documents and reports.
Coordinate with employees and departments for HR-related activities.
Maintain HR MIS and personnel files.
Support payroll and other HR & Admin activities.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
MS Excel & MS Office knowledge.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Positive documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information.
