Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise MEP operations and maintenance at the residential apartment.
Manage Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, and Fire & Safety systems.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Conduct regular equipment and site inspections.
Supervise technicians and ensure proper manpower deployment.
Attend and resolve resident maintenance complaints on time.
Monitor AMC vendors and service contractors.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.
Report major technical issues and breakdowns to the Facility Manager.
