Production:
Support day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations.
Monitor machine productivity, output and production targets.
Assist in CNC/VMC machining process monitoring.
Coordinate with operators, setters and supervisors.
Support production planning and achieve daily targets.
Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
Participate in 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

Quality:
Support inspection and quality control activities. Understand and follow quality standards and work instructions.
Assist in monitoring process quality and identifying defects. Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain inspection and quality-related records. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to reduce rejection and rework.
Support implementation of customer and internal quality requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
