Job Summary:

The Commi I is responsible for independently managing a section in the kitchen or bakery. This role ensures high-quality production, consistency, and smooth execution during service, aligning with premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently prepare and execute menu items with consistency
Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently
Ensure high standards of presentation and quality
Supervise and guide junior staff (Commi II & III)
Maintain inventory control and minimize wastage
Follow and enforce hygiene and food safety standards
Assist senior chefs in menu preparation and recent product development

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in a qualified kitchen/bakery
Solid knowledge of baking and culinary techniques
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Leadership skills and team coordination ability
Attention to detail and quality focus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
