We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, promote water purifier products and services, and support the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads for water purifier sales,servicing, and replacement of filters/spares.
Explain products, services, offers, to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments or sales opportunities.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about products and services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
Follow up with previous customers for service, , and filter replacement.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




Maintain skilled communication with customers.

Requirements
Minimum 12th standard qualification preferred.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred but freshers can apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.

Salary

₹8000per month + performance incentives for freshers.
