Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate current business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and build robust business relationships.
Manage sales targets, leads, and the overall business development pipeline.
Conduct client meetings and present company services effectively.
Negotiate proposals and support successful deal closures.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
1 – 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented and capable of managing a sales team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
