Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in person
Assist customers with tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel bookings
Follow up with customers and provide suitable travel options
Support customers throughout the booking process

Requirements
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
Interest in travel and tourism
Previous travel industry experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
