Oversee daily operations of multiple retail shops within the assigned cluster.
Ensure sales targets are achieved and work on bringing in current sales opportunities.
Monitor staff performance and ensure proper staffing at all outlets.
Maintain high standards of customer service across all shops.
Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and product availability.
Conduct regular visits to shops to check operations, cleanliness, and compliance.
Coordinate with store managers and resolve operational issues.
Arrange recent health cards and police verification for workers as required.
Handle renewal of shop agreements and related documentation.
Check, report, and follow up on maintenance work and ensure issues are resolved.
Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to management.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all locations.
