Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Development
Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to drive growth in the ETP/ZLD/Recycling plant segment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming government projects to identify recent business opportunities.
Represent the organization at customer meetings.

Client Acquisition & Stakeholder Management
Identify, pursue, and secure projects across private sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Bidding & Project Acquisition
Lead the complete bidding cycle: lead generation, pre-qualification, technical-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order finalization.
Coordinate with process, proposals, estimation, and project teams to prepare technical proposals and competitive bids.





Candidate Profile

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Chemical / Environmental) preferred.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Marketing / Business Development within ETP/ZLD/Recycling plant industry.
Proven track record in business development, government liaison, and project acquisition in the water and wastewater sector.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
