We are looking for an experienced and competent Senior Laboratory Technician to join our hospital-based laboratory. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in a hospital/clinical laboratory and be proficient in operating automated laboratory equipment and maintaining laboratory quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently.
Operate and maintain fully automated hematology analyzers.
Operate and maintain fully automated biochemistry analyzers.
Perform sample processing, testing, documentation, and result verification as per laboratory protocols.
Run and monitor internal quality control (IQC) and maintain appropriate QC records.
Identify QC deviations and take appropriate corrective action as per laboratory protocols.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and day-to-day functioning of laboratory equipment.
Follow laboratory SOPs, biosafety procedures, and quality-management practices.




Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of patient samples.
Work effectively as part of a hospital laboratory team and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility & Skills
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a hospital-based clinical laboratory.
Hands-on experience with fully automated hematology analyzers.
Hands-on experience with fully automated biochemistry analyzers.
Positive knowledge of quality control procedures, including running and interpreting internal QC.
Knowledge of laboratory safety, SOPs, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
Candidates with experience in a quality-accredited hospital/laboratory workplace will be preferred.
Relevant qualification such as DMLT/BMLT or equivalent, as applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
