Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the agricultural equipment and tractor industry. In this role, you will lead regional sales strategy, expand our dealership network, build robust customer relationships, and drive market share growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive target-based sales activities for agricultural implements and tractor products.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to present, negotiate, and close product offerings.
Plan and execute demand generation activities and brand promotion campaigns across assigned territories.
Dealer Network Development & Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard potential current dealers within the target region.
Develop solid, long-term relationships with dealers and resolve dealer outcomes and operational queries.
Formulate and implement comprehensive network expansion and market coverage strategies.Customer Relationship & Service Alignment:




Connect directly with end-user farmers and agricultural business owners to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal technical service teams to promptly escalate and resolve post-sales customer service issues.

Desired Candidate Profile
Industry Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in sales within the Agricultural Implements, Tractors, or Machinery sectors.
Core Competencies: Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities with a target-oriented mindset.
Network & Planning Skills: Proven track record in dealer network expansion, market coverage, and territory planning.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in field environments.

Pay: ₹14,379.16 - ₹45,000.00 per month
