Handle employee grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
Conduct employee counselling and provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
Manage disciplinary actions, attendance issues, behavioural concerns, and performance-related cases.
Partner with Operations, HR, and management teams to resolve employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and document findings appropriately.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Identify recurring employee concerns and recommend solutions to improve employee experience.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee relations cases.
Support HR audits and other people-related initiatives as required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
