Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily inward and outward parcel loading, unloading, and sorting.
Coordinate with truck drivers and local last-mile delivery teams.
Verify Lorry Receipts (LR/Bilty), customer delivery slips, and E-Way bills.
Manage local loading labour (hamali teams) and ensure damage-free handling.
Collect To-Pay / COD cash, reconcile accounts daily, and deposit funds to the company bank account.
Report daily operational status (inward/outward/cash) directly to management.

Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 5 years in parcel booking, courier hub, or road transport operations (e.g., Navata, Kranti, BMPS, VRL, DTDC, Delhivery).
Robust familiarity with Vijayawada commercial areas (Autonagar, One Town, Kaleswara Rao Market).
Fluency in Telugu (mandatory); functional Hindi/English is an advantage.
Basic smartphone and computer/billing knowledge (WhatsApp reporting, Excel basics).
Local resident of Vijayawada with valid ID proofs and local references.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
