JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and acquire recent clients in the US IT Staffing market.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to account management.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Pay: ₹20,201.59 - ₹50,329.50 per month
