Job Responsibilities
Transcribe medical reports, doctor’s notes, discharge summaries, and other clinical documents accurately.
Convert recorded/dictated medical information into written reports.
Ensure correct medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and formatting.
Review and proofread transcribed documents for accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments for clarification of unclear information.
Maintain proper records and documentation as per hospital standards.
Complete assigned reports within the required turnaround time.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; preferably with a background in Medical Transcription, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Hospital Management.




Experience in medical transcription or hospital documentation will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Excellent English typing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Good listening and comprehension skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to maintain accuracy while working under deadlines.

Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with solid English and typing skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
