Position: CA – Client Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full time, Day Shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant Managerial Experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Client Manager with robust QuickBooks Online (QBO) expertise and proven team management experience.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing international/NRI clients, handling professional client communication, leading accounting teams, ensuring quality deliverables, and taking complete ownership of client relationships and accounting operations.

The candidate should be adaptable, quick to learn new concepts, and comfortable working according to client requirements, including night shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with international and NRI clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and accounting requirements.




Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, and accounting deliverables.
Demonstrate solid expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and cloud accounting processes.
Lead, mentor, and review the performance of accounting team members.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.
Identify accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain quality standards, documentation, and process improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
