Key Responsibilities
Perform manual soldering of electronic components, wires, connectors, and PCBs.
Read and understand work instructions, drawings, and assembly specifications.
Ensure proper soldering quality and avoid defects such as dry joints, solder bridges, or loose connections.
Inspect soldered components visually for quality and accuracy.
Operate soldering equipment safely and maintain the workstation.
Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures where applicable.
Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality problems to the supervisor.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
Follow company policies, safety rules, and production procedures.
