Manage spare parts inventory and daily parts operations for SANY excavators.
Handle parts enquiries, quotations, sales orders, billing, invoicing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate part number, quantity, pricing, tax, and invoice details.
Coordinate with customers, Service, and Accounts
Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of required spare parts.
Issue parts to customers and service engineers based on approved requirements.
Maintain records of parts receipts, issues, sales, returns, warranty parts, and billing.
Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Accounts for outstanding invoices.
Conduct stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare parts sales, billing, stock, and inventory reports.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of parts for customer and service requirements.
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma, tally preferable, computer knowledge mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
