Responsibilities:
Manage and administer onprem compute infrastructure (VMware / HyperV).
Perform VM provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Ensure high availability through clustering and failover solutions.
Monitor and optimize Windows/Linux servers for performance and reliability.
Handle storage allocation, backup, and recovery (SAN/NAS).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for incident resolution and change management.
Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL/ITSM processes.

Requirements:
5–8 years of handson experience in VM administration (VMware/HyperV).
Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and clustering technologies.
Experience with storage solutions (SAN/NAS).
Positive troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
