Key Responsibilities
Handle leads generated by Mai Trip’s Marketing Team through social media and other campaigns.
Understand clients’ travel requirements, dates, destinations, budget, passenger details, and preferences.
Search and provide suitable flight options and comparative fares.
Clearly explain fares, timings, routing, baggage, and applicable conditions.




Follow up professionally with interested clients and respond to their queries.
Build solid customer relationships, handle objections, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
Manage multiple clients, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.

Ideal Candidate
Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple enquiries.
Willing to learn and develop travel industry knowledge.
Sales-oriented with the ability to follow up and convert leads into bookings.
