Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth and managing day-to-day pest control operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Generate current leads and develop customer relationships.
Manage existing clients, renewals, and AMC contracts.
Plan and monitor daily service operations and field teams.
Ensure timely and quality pest control services.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales/operation reports.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Sales & Operations.
Experience in Pest Control/Facility Management/Service Industry preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with willingness to travel for business development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
