We are seeking a proactive and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure smooth business performance during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
Manage opening and closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Train and mentor current employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements
12th pass, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.




0–3 years of experience in a supervisory or shift management role.
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or operational software.
