Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete).
Generate recent business opportunities and develop relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.
Handle sales enquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and order conversion.
Identify current projects and market opportunities in Delhi and Gurugram.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in RMC Sales & Marketing.
Strong knowledge of the RMC/construction industry and local market.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Must be Delhi/Gurugram based.
Strong network among builders, contractors, developers, and construction companies will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000/month + Sales Performance Bonus.
