Position: Restaurant Captain

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise service operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and ensure smooth and effective table service.
Supervise Stewards and coordinate daily service activities.
Take guest orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order execution.
Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness and restaurant hygiene.
Monitor service standards and maintain SOPs.




Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team coordination.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a fine-dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
Valuable knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Well-groomed and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
