Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with experience in the travel and tourism industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, billing, and collections.
Monitor cash flow and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax professionals.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial controls.
Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.
Lead and supervise the accounts team.
Work closely with management on financial analysis and reporting.




Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Commerce graduate/postgraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile
Preferred age range: 35–40 years.
Robust ownership and attention to detail.
Mature and responsible approach to financial operations.
Ability to lead a small accounts team and coordinate effectively across departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
