Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Direct daily construction tasks and check that work matches approved structural designs.
Quality Control: Inspect materials (like concrete and soil) and enforce safety rules.
Resource Management: Track work schedules, manage labor, and coordinate equipment delivery.
Team Leadership: Guide junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors.
Project Reporting: Maintain site logs, review contractor bills, and report progress updates
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on site execution work.
